So had I. Three bariatric consults, four programs, every fad diet in the book. What's different is the coach. I'm not teaching you what worked for someone who was 20 lbs overweight. I'm teaching you what kept me alive going from 515. And the plan evolves every four weeks, not a PDF you downloaded in 2019.
Do I need the sleeve? Will you push me toward surgery?
No. I had the sleeve. It saved my life. But most of my clients haven't. It's a tool — not the solution. If your BMI and comorbidities make you a candidate and you want to explore it, I can point you to bariatric surgeons I trust. But I'll never push you. The work is the work whether you have surgery or not.
How much does this cost?
Premium 1:1 coaching. I give you specific numbers on the strategy call because pricing depends on length of commitment, starting point, and what we build. I'll tell you now: this isn't a $49/mo plan. I'm 50+. Am I too old for this?
My oldest client is 61. He's lost 96 lbs. Muscle starts responding slower after 40, which means we train smarter — not harder. Recovery matters more than ego. If you can commit to 4 days of training and honest check-ins, age is a number. It's not the problem.
I work 60+ hours a week. I don't have time.
Neither did I. I program for 3–5 hours of training per week, not 10. Meal prep is built around your schedule — including restaurants and travel. If you can't find 45 minutes four times a week, this isn't going to work. But most guys find it's not time — it's priorities. That's a different conversation.

Do you work with men outside the US?
Yes. I coach guys in 14 countries right now. The app, check-ins and DMs all work on your time zone. The only difference is we'll do some early or late calls to match your schedule.
What happens after I apply?
You'll get a 60-second qualifier. If you're a fit, you'll see a calendar link on the results page — you pick a strategy-call time with me. I'll have reviewed your answers before we talk. The call is 30 minutes. No pressure, no pitch deck. If we decide to work together at the end, I'll send you onboarding same day. If not, I'll tell you what I'd do in your shoes.
